This method is working as of Jan 3, 2019 to the best of my information. This is support method, so if you know what Im talking about you can move on.

First we need to log into Riot Games support site - https://support.riotgames.com/
Log in with the button in the top right ( )
On the next page, right click anywhere and hit "Inspect Element" (this may vary depending on your browser, but both Firefox and Chrome have it in the right-click menu)
This is mine in Firefox ( )
Now once that bit in the bottom of the screen pops up, search for "email"

The last hit is what we want, 7/7
This may vary over time, but one of these hits will tell you the OG email. Within the code, there is a section put in by riot that gives you a little info about the account, should be a javascript section. See the below screenshot for what this looks like in firefox. This info includes the email Riot has on file for the account (redacted for my safety)
And there ya go! This works for any account you have the login info for, as long as Riot has something on file it will be there. Remember, this is different than the "source code" for a page, this info is only there after you have logged into the page and it has loaded. Enjoy!
Use this however ya want, but helpful if you ever need to try and recover an account. Remember to grab this info before the original owner changes the pass on you, cant get it if you cant log!
