How To Deobfuscate pbo's?

so does anyone know how to deobfuscate pbo's for Arma 3, i downloaded a mod menu and wanted to edit the pbo but came up with a message saying " =============== MAVERICK APPLICATIONS ===============...This file has been obfuscated...Due to possible damage to your file system,..deobfuscation attempts are not recommended!...Obfuscation provided by Maverick Applications.." and was wondering if anyone knows how to unlock it or if there's a program to do it.
