BEFORE YOU DOWNVOTE: i am not sure if this still works.Maybe its patched.I couldnt make it work but alot of people seems to get it working.If someone tries it please leave a feedback.
Here some prints:
1)Download JPEXS Free Flash Decompiler
2)Open JPEXS Free Flash Decompiler
3)Open the corresponding SWF file of your region. (Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_air_client\releases\0.0. 1.XXX\deploy\assets\locale\App
SWF files corresponding to Region:
cs_CZ = Czech Republic
de_DE = German, Germany
el_GR = Greek, Greece
en_AU = English, Australia
en_GB = English, Great Britain
en_US = English, United States
es_AR = Spanish, Argentina
es_ES = Spanish, Spain
es_MX = Spanish, Mexico
fr_FR = French, France
hu_HU = Hungarian, Hungary
id_ID = Indonesian, Indonsia
it_IT = Italian, Italy
ko_KR = Korean, Korea
pl_PL = Polish, Poland
pt_BR = Portuguese, Brazil
ro_RO = Romanian, Romania
ru_RU = Russian, Russia
tr_TR = Turkish, Turkey
4)After opening the SWF that is correspondent to your region. Go to the directory on the left side of JPEXS Free Flash Decompiler and navigate to:
"Scripts/REGION$filter_resources_properties"
5)Then from line 14 to line 19 you can edit words that are restricted or unrestricted.
NOTE: The program might prompt you to download something from the adobe page. Do so and once you reach the webpage, press CTRL+F and type, "global" (without the quotation marks)
Then download the player_global file and place it into the directory shown in the prompt(inside JPEXS Free Flash Decompiler after pressing the edit button)
6)After editing save it to somewhere not inside your "Riot Games" folder.
Then go to: "Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_air_client\releases\0.0. 1.XXX\deploy\assets\locale\App" again
and this time rename the SWF that is correspondent to your region to something you can remember as a backup. (eg. resources-en_AUBKUP.swf)
7)Then move your modified SWF file to this location, "Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_air_client\releases\0.0. 1.XXX\deploy\assets\locale\App"
8)Start LoL client and check if it works, If not just delete the modified SWF and rename the back up SWF file back to normal

If you want to mimick any name you can use: http ://homoglyphs.net/
This website will allow you to input any word and it will try to make an identical copy with characters that look the same. This means you can make summoner names that include, Riot, Swear words, taken names and etc. though it will look weird in some parts of the client/game.
