For those who don't want to watch the video:
-Find the account you want to crack
-Create a random account with a custom Security Question
-Log into https://www.ea.com/ with the account you want to crack
(click the guy icon in the top right section, you'll be redirected to another login page)
-Now change tab and type in again https://www.ea.com/, this time log out of the account
(again, guy in the top right corner)
-Now just log in https://www.ea.com/ with your custom account and
type in the security question to change stuff
-Once you've done it, you can switch the tab to the old account
and you're free to change email/pass/SQ to it!
