This method works if you want to create a new summoner or change name of an existing summoner.
1. Download

2. Extract files from archive.
3. Copy resources-en_GB.swf to Riot Games/League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_air_client\releases\0.0.1.HIGHESTNUMBER\deploy\assets\locale\App
4. In game change your language to english.
5. Copy this Riοt and paste to your nickname. MUST BE THIS! Read below
(6. If you want to use another language, now you can change it.)
Why it must be "Riοt" provided by me?
It's "ο" instead of "o" (It looks like the same letters but actually those are two different)
so you can use any other taken name with "ο".
Works only for servers which use GB English language.
