If you have a pretty aged one with atleast 20+ feed back you can easily sell se'd fitbits, Monitors,laptops
2) Now you have one List the item make sure its se'able . You can usually find partners here or on socialengineered.net for some . You can easily make around an extra 15k a month depending on your limits .
3 ) or you can go solo and buy se services and do it straight from there
METHOD 2
1) Buy an SE guide usually cost around $50-1000 . Yes its alot but you will get your money back in 2-3 se's
2)Always ask questions.
Then you can sell it as a service here and other sites also you can work with people with ebays to do it .
