-How do we do that?
How to be a little easier on life, and not become neurotic by the age of 20?
Get ahold of yourself
Try to control your imaginative and emotional nature! Let me give you a simple example from my personal life: Once I was in therapy, I was talking to a doctor about depressive moods related to a certain trigger within the family (my grandmother is disabled, it's hard to be around her because she cries, it hurts, and so on) and I can't help, I was very much worried about this moment, experienced all kinds of severe emotional swings, when in turn the grandmother herself was extremely dignified, and never let her emotions get the best of her even in the most difficult moments. In the end, the doctor came to the conclusion that the depression is just me, I thought too much about other people's problems, and too much into it, when I should just accept the inevitable, the actual present in which I stay, do not dwell on it, and just live on. While doing everything I can to just make her life easier and give her a smile. In the same way in life, do not get buried in problems (especially in other people's) Keep cool if possible, think logically, sometimes emotions and feelings are better to turn off. For if you can't somehow help someone, change something, then it's just there, go on with a cool head
Find its specific segments, study them, if it's studying, create a plan for your studies for at least a couple months, get it? Increase the term and time of your studies. Try to be more responsible to yourself. Afraid of getting punched in the face late at night? Learn how you can stand up to all kinds of freaks, what self-defense is, what martial arts is, etc. Remember one thing, people rarely want to solve your problem, often we are alone in this world, and our society likes and mostly respects specific people who see the problem, set tasks, and are not lazy to fulfill them. This is not a course for successful success, it's just a fact
