I'm currently on a meal prep diet (if that makes sense). I spend around $90-$110 a week to buy at least 2.2lbs of pork top loin boneless, x2 johnsonville cheddar sausage (5pc each), boneless chicken breast, 16oz baby spinach, 2 almond milk, 5lb frozen blueberries, 12pk greek yogurt, 8pk blueberry muffin, 2pk peanut butter, 8pk canned chili beans, x20 canned sardines. Some of these I end up not buying based on the week since leftovers stack up to last me a week such as the greek yogurt/canned chili beans/frozen blueberries/and almond milk. I was just wondering if it's normal to spend this amount a week for a single person? I rarely go out to eat. Also forgot to mention but this lasts me 5 days out of the whole week.
