well guys i just want to share with you my experience, which is stopping smoking
i actually haven't smoked for 6 days and 18 hours to be exact..and it is hard it's not easy at all but i can say to you that it's possible..
let me give you some advises that are helping me to stay away from those lovely thin bastards, well the main thing for me is to stay alone as long as i can because once i am with my friends i start having that hard will to go and buy a pac of ''wingston'' cigs but once i am home it's not gone but it's a lot less and the second advise is to never have free time try always to fill your time in anyway possible that will not hurt like play some games then switch to watching a move then switch to do something else i don't know.. for me i love music so when i feel bored about everything i start writing some raps and that helps to kill my free time and to be productive.. i am not going to tell you to do sports or relative activities to it because if you are a smoker you can't switch from that to being an athlete in a very short period of time..and lastly if you really can't beat that cruel feeling about wanting to smoke all i can tell you is try to make the number of cigs u smoke lesser like for me i used to smoke around 20 to 25 cigs a day which is a pac and 4 or 5 more cigs and before i decided to stop smoking i manged to shorten that to 15 a day and then the next week to 9 and then to 5 for a whole month i kept smoking 5 cigs a day and then i stopped..well i hope u can take something from my advises and use, and stay away from what hurts
