How easy is it to refund/replace a console on Amazon.

I'm looking to get another Xbox One for my roommates so they can stop using mine. I'm just wondering how easy it is to get higher priced items like consoles replaced/refunded, I'd plan on using someone's service to do it for me since I have zero experience. Or if you have any general tips that would be nice. Thanks!
