How do you order from other amazon domains?

I understand you need to use a proxy and a re-ship service, but how do you pay for the item? Like let's say you're from UK ordering on the .com domain. Do you just use the same card you have with your banks or do you need to get a card that can be used internationally? I've heard revolut worked well, but revolut is not offered in my country.
