How do you get over the dishwashing barrier?

I really enjoy cooking and baking, but I cook for just myself so all the work is on me. I've noticed that my cooking has really fallen to the wayside because I just despise washing dishes. (No dishwasher, no money or space for one either). I think part of the barrier is that I've already spent so much time and effort cooking after an exhaustingly long day and now there's yet another step, and it's every single day forEVER.
How do I learn to love cooking again? I can't seem to hear music or a movie over the water running so not sure if that's a thing? https://nox.tips/ https://xender.vip/
