how can i get head hot or body hot after water fasting

so basically after water fasting my brain is disassociated or something im trying to get head hot or body hot but its not working i cant eat alot because of stomach issues i got head hot only once that was after my anti psychotic injection is there any trick or medication that instantly causes head hot and body hot and that requires instantly please let me know thanks.
