How can i crack level 10-20 accounts ?

I currently use sentry MBA, WZScraper and wordlist creator to crack league of legends accounts, but since wzscraper gets the usernames from lolking etc. ladders, it can't scrape low level accounts usernames. I find the level 30 accounts i usually crack to be very useless for me since they often have very little RP, while level 10-20 are much more worthy for me because they usually have the 400 rp i can use to gift myself skins after 1 day of friendship.
does anyone know how to scrape that kind of accounts ?
