How big are the legal risks of using a refunding service in Germany?

Hey you all,
I was wondering how big the risks are when refunding via a refunding service in Germany.
I've talked to multiple refunding service and they all said no risks involved even when using your real adress, but I don't really believe that as they are trying to sell their service...
I was thinking about doing otto or amazon.de
