Hosts file

So i posted earlier a problem with appcrash but i still got no response. After that i wasn;t able to acess nulled.to so I deleted hosts file from system32. After that BoL WORKED FINE without giving me any crash, so I finished the game, started a new one and then again it gives me appcrash. I went to hosts file again and deleted it and again BoL injected without any problem. So i believe is something with that file that gives the appcrash situation, after it injects it always creates a hosts.bolfile ( http://prntscr.com/71hx2u ) , after i delete this file and rejoing a game BoL works. Any idea how to solve this? I tried read-only thing but it doesent work until that file is deleted
