You need 4 accounts to level 10 to get the raf rewards.
You should make 4 battlenet accounts and invite them with your main account.
What you are going to do is play the "training" mode to earn xp without moving from the spawn. YOU DON'T NEED TO PLAY, just stay AFK until the game ends.
If you want to speed the things up you can multibox 4 accounts using vmware.
It takes around 3 hours to go from lv 1 to 10.
