Help with appraisal - 2.6M fresh email list

Hello, i just recently gained access to a database of a "get paid to do" app network with over 2.6 mil users. I have no way of checking how active the emails are, but the apps require email verification to actually use them, so lets say that 1.5M is real active users. The points can be withdraw to coinbase, paypal and some other providers, so the niche here is quite big (from cryptousers to people looking to earn some cash online). What do you think the right price would be for the list ?
