Help suicidal/Depressed friend

Hey guys, just a lil background my friend is suicidal and depressed lately because he feels that everyone is against him and that he keeps referring that this happened to him in middle school and keeps using middle school as this is the same thing that happened anyone have any suggestions or anything I can help him
