Help me with a Windows 10 problem!

Hello guys! Hope you can help me! I recently upgraded to windows 10 my laptop. Everything works great except the scrolling from my touchpad. The scrolling works in every user application (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Adobe Reader) But it will not work in standard windows applications (e.g. Microsoft Edge, Notepad, App Store.) No driver is missing...
It's really weird! Glad if anyone can help!
