Help me get out of bronze please

I’m bronze 3, but consistently play with high silver/sometimes low gold. I’m also very inconsistent, sometimes top fragging and dropping 30 bombs, while heavily bottom fragging other times (consistency slowly getting better though). Also, on my good days, I tend to think “how are these players higher ranks than me?” purely because of how bad some people I play against are. Despite this, I know that on my bad days I am basically the type of person I am talking about, and that there are definitely many, many things that I can fix on my end. First of all, how can i perform more consistently? Second, what are some common mistakes hardstuck bronzes make (besides crosshair placement, etc). Also, how can I deal with teammates who are just straight up bad at the game (dies at the start of every single round, has no understanding of the game but somehow is not iron)? I know that i have probably worded this question wrong and have placed too much of the blame on my teammates, so sorry about that. Thank you!
