I want to ask before publishing it as a scam
I paid for 2 upgrades service for Netflix
The seller said that it's with a gift card (this is why I bought it in the first place, and he is aware of that) and he provided a screenshot of an existing account that has been upgraded using his method
I paid using XRP $36 to be exact, I paid on 17/05 and left him the 2 accounts, but he said that he doesn't have stock atm and I waited, then I asked for a refund on 21/05 he said he only had $23 since the XRP dropped
SO I told him I'll wait and then on the 22/05 he upgraded both accounts with the Vodafone method he claimed only one account so I am here
with 1 upgrade that I don't need and $18 that I need refund for the remaining, he told me that he doesn't have that amount, and he can't send it
And today after all this time that I waited kindly he told me that I will only $12
And this is his message :
**You sent me 23.6 XRP. If I refund, I refund you the value u sent to me.
Even if the value went up by 100x you'll still receive the same value (11.8 XRP) for example**
And I am not the one who wasted all this time, what should I do and thank you
