[Help]Anybody know how to create multiple Facebook and Gmail Accounts?

Like the title specifies. I understand that Google blocks the creation of multiple gmails but does anybody know how to create or generate multiple Gmails and Facebook accounts. for some reason Facebook keeps disabling my accounts after creating them with a VPN. Anybody know a method to get around this block? Not trying to create multiple facebooks without a VPN on so with any way that allows VPN is preferred.
