Headphones recommendation ?

Heya,
I hope I didn't get the wrong section.
I am about to purchase new headphones (with an amp or a soundcard maybe?) because mines are starting to get old and mostly uncomfortable. I have been reading a lot of reviews and headphones specs, but I can't decide which one to take. So, I was wondering if you guys could help me with my choice. I was thinking of the

Budget: 150-350$ Closed or open back: Closed Portable or non portable: Non portable Sound preference: Music, Gaming, I listen pretty much to every kind of music, but I prefer powerful bass. Durability: I can afford to have a delicate headset Isolation: Preferred Size: Any size Ear preference: Over ear What will I be using as the source: Computer, and only computer Do you have an amplifier for the headphones? : No, but I might want one Other: Comfort, since I'll use it for a lot of consecutive hours.
