have you ever been to a psych hospital?

so im just curious about the number of people here who have either voluntarily or involuntarily been to a psych hospital. i was in one on a mandatory psych hold for 72 hours it ended up being about 86 hours in total. has anyone ever been to one? and if so if you dont mind saying why? mine was for a suicide attempt but some people may have different reasons. thanks
