Guys, did i make a mistake investing in LAToken?

I bought 190 at .5 each before the bubble burst and I have seen alot of talk about it being a scam coin and having no future. But if the team behind LAToken is successful with what they are trying to achieve then i believe that this might be a good investment. But on the other hand im not sure if this is legitimate anymore, since the price has only went down.
