I was having minor FPS issues and was getting annoyed, after doing this I don't slutter anymore.
1. Download CCleaner / https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download /
2. Download Defraggler / https://www.piriform.com/defraggler /
3. Close everything then clean ur pc with CCleaner
4. Run Defraggler
5. Defrag
6. Settings --> Shutdown after defrag
7. Go to sleep :C defragging takes time
8. Dont play lol while its defragging since most of the fragments are from league
