How to climb the League of Legends SoloQ in 2016
SoloQ is an ordinary term that most likely every League of Legends player have heard of. But what is SoloQ: SoloQ is basiclly the name of the ranking system in League of Legends. The rank system is divided up into seven tiers. We have there the following seven tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Master, Challenger all the tiers are build up the same way except the Challenger and Master tier. Every tier is also divided up into 100 LP(League Points) and 5 divisions per tier except Challenger and Master. For Example in Gold we have Gold I, Gold II, Gold III, Gold IV. Gold V. If you want to reach the next division you have to get to 100 LP and win your promotion which is allways Bo3 ( Best of three) except the promotion to the higher tier (Gold I to Platinum V ) this promotion is a Bo5 ( Best of five ). MMR is also an important term in the SoloQ. MMR decides what amount of LP you get and lose per win. The average player gains/loses up to 18-20 LP game. That was the general part about the SoloQ.
Lanecontrol
Now is there the question †How do win a League of Legends ranked game “. A very important part about winning the game are Objectives like Towers, Inhibitors and of course the Nexus. A lot of people are often ignoring the Objectives and just go for the Kills and expect to win if there are still all towers are up. Now you probably want to know what you should do after reading this. Let’s go with an ingame example: lets say you are playing midlane. In this lane you have to take care of specific things: 1. Warding is your key in the lane 2. Communication with your team 3. Getting gold by CS’ing. This is basiclly your foundation same for your Botlane. So lets say you are in your lane which is now midlane. What do you do? You will try to last hit and if possible try to zone away your opponent midlaner by for example freezing the wave or killing him and pushing the wave in his tower. Same goes if your jungler ganks you and get a kill or forces the enemy to back off. In this case you should allways push the wave in the enemy tower so your enemy loses gold and XP. Same princip in botlane the only thing where it gets complicated is on the toplane, If you for example get an early kill on your enemy toplane and the wave is up at your tower you should just try to freeze it becuase the teleport of your enemy is most likely ready to use and then he could create a freeze against you and this would give you a big disadvantage. An other very important thing is that you ping or write down in the chat that your enemy is missing and might be able to gank you allies which would be also a disadvantage for you and your team. You also should time the enemy Flash ,Teleport ,Ignite ,Heal ,Exhaust ,Barrier ,summoner spells and use it for your advantage. For example your jungler just ganked you and you got the Flash of your opponent. Then you just simply ask your jungler to come again and while your opponent has no Flash. Now lets go over to the warding part. If you are toplane or botlane is very easy to ward and try to prevent an enemy gank or set up a counter gank from your jungler. You just ward the river bushes next to your lane. On midlane it is a bit diffrent there are 2 ways how you can get ganked. 1. From the left side 2. From the right side. That’s why you have either to play safe and maybe lose some CS which is not very good for you. So lets say you have only 1 ward you can either ward the left or the right bush. If you ward the left bush you should try to stay on the left side and if you ward the right side then you should stay on the right side. An other very good option is to ask your jungler to place a ward or buy yourself one and place it in the little bush on the river. It more useable on the botside since the jungler is more often ganking between midlane and botlane.
Take down Objectives
Lets say you succesfully killed your lane opponent the next thing you should do is to push in the wave and try to take the tower. If your jungler is near you can ask him for help. If you got the first tower on a lane (T1 Tower) it gives you already more map pressure. You can start go up their jungle and place deep wards and prepare your Rotations. Rotations are the next key to winning the game. If you have for example already your midlane tower destroyed you automatically more pressure on the enemy team. After destroying the first T1 Tower you should roam and start getting the other T1 towers. If you succesfully managed to get the first towers you can repeat the entire process with the T2 Towers. If you destoryed this towers you are able to prepare a Baron call now which will give you a extreme advantage of taking the inhibitors and closing the game. An other important thing is you can caught up enemys while they are trying to react to your Rotations.
Splitpush
Imagine a game scenario where you are even in gold with your enemy or even maybe behind in gold. There are always 2 options either you go in the 4-1 Splitpush or the 1-3-1 Splitpush. You send 4 people on one lane and 1 on an other lane. Mostly preferd the player out of your team who is ahead of his enemy lane. If you do this there is one more lane where is nobody pushing. In this case you should try to get the wave slow pushing or just buy one of the following items Banned of Command or Zz’Rot Portal to get the last lane pushing aswell. If you are behind and you are not able to fight the enemy team you should always be ready to disengage or not get engaged at all or if the enemy does a very big mistake that you can abuse.
This is all
