Google Alerts | Article links being bypassed by Viagra/Cialis websites

I have been using alerts for more than two years for research work without any problems. I love this service. Today, every single article / title links and links to the viagra/Cialis pharmacy sales site (I don't have any searches related to this company or to viagra or something similar), while the entry to the article just below the article title is related to my actual keyword search (again, no relation to viagra or the site). When I click on an article, it goes to the main article (you can see the URL in the search bar at the top), but immediately goes to the Viagra pharmacy page
Of course I was surprised by this fact, buy unfortunately, viagra there is no delivery to my country...
