Giving away 2 PBE accounts I used to gift myself and shit so I could own all skins. But that's worthless now because all skins are 1IP. So, I will be choosing 2 winners to receive these 2 PBE accounts.

(In total I have 9 PBE 'smurf' accounts, after this giveaway I will have 7 and do more giveaways for these accounts, so don't be sad if you don't win, you'll have 3 more chances!)
*You can get a PBE account for free from cracking or simply just applying for one : The down side is, cracking takes a while since they disabled many accounts after they updated the PBE inactive removal system, and applying for one takes a while in general.

What you can do on PBE :
- Test skins you may want to buy
- Test content (Champion Mastery)
- Test new champ when they come out.
Basically test new stuff when they come out. (Public BETA Environment)
How to keep your account from being inactive :
- Play at least one custom or w/ every week, this keeps you active.
