Give clan leaders and co leaders the ability to prioritize Clan Capital upgrades

It would be nice if clan leaders and co leaders had the ability to prioritize a specific upgrade. Nothing that would obligate clan members to give their contribution to one upgrade, but more of a guideline.
Our clan chat has been a bit overtaken by messages like "Where should I contribute ?" and it's a bit difficult to organize it.
I was thinking something like in Clan Wars where you can claim an opponent, and it drops a little flag next to it.
