getting more curious

Hi folks im Stephen from northern ireland always been into computers but it was mainly just gaming and stuff, one day whilst watching youtube i seen jim browns videos and i was blown away by his skills, i dont have any notion i could ever do what he does but he got me curious just to have a look around and maybe pick up a new hobby. Has anyone got an idea as to what to study first to get to grips with things, i know there are so many aspects but whats a good starting point to look at hope i bont sound like to much of a noob but this is my first post any advice would be great thanks.
