Hello everyone. Today I found a method that few people know about how to play with the "GALAXY" skin at Fortnite. It is an exclusive skin that you can only get if you played on a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 or a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4. It is not the method of going to a store and I have seen it very interesting.
Working perfectly on PC. Not working in other platforms (maybe Android or iOS, but I doubt it).
The Method:
1- Download and Install HxD Editor (Download Link:https://mh-nexus.de/en/downloads.php?product=HxD20)
2- Open the program and click on "File" - "Open"
3- Now open the file located in the next folder (or where you have your Fortnite located): "C:\Program Files\Epic Games\Fortnite\Fortnite Game\Content\Paks\pakchunk0-WindowsClient.pak.bak"
4- Once you open it, search for "Sun Strider" (for example)
5- Now we are going to change the CID of the Sun Strider for the galaxy skin one.
Search up for the next line:CID_030_Athena_Commando_M_Halloween
(Check this screenshot if you don't know where is located: )
And replace it for this one: CID_175_Athena_Commando_M_Celestial
6- Save the file, open Fortnite, go to the locker and pick up the "Sun Straider" skin. Congratulations!! You can now play as the galaxy skin!!
(if you don't have this skin, you can replace the CID of other skins, like the Founder Edition one or even the Default).
Warning: I have no idea if you can be banned for doing this. Execute all this under your responsibility. What you do with this method is to replace one skin with another locally. You will see your skin but others will not be able to see it (besides you will see all the "Sun Striders" enemies like "Galaxys"). Anyway, to play with the skin and get some clips works perfectly
