Protocol Reverse Engineer

This method is something I have done before and It can make you a very high amount of money but will only work for a short amount of time.
You will need money to invest.

You will need SSN, DOB, full name, and address!

1. Open up an account with any bank in your area.
2. Deposit any amount of money on to your debit card.
3. Make a few small purchases at different stores, $2 - $5 is okay.
4. Wait 2 - 3 days.
5. Make a cashapp account using an android emulator, VPN (make sure it doesnt log and ur location is set outside ur state), and fullz info.
6. Deposit money onto cashapp with your debit card.
7. Get someones SSN + DOB and full name, address. (You only need last 4 digits of SSN) (You can buy this info for very cheap)
8. Apply for cash card. You can use it instantly even before it ships. Spend all the money on BTC or other digital items that can't be tracked back to u. (you can use it as a payment option on paypal also).
9. Call the bank and say there are fraudulent charges on your account but you didn't lose the card and you always keep it with you. They will refund your payment 100%.
10. Repeat!!
