gaypal limited my account permanently, is there a way to resolve it ?

I had everything linked and verified, bank, card, tax invoice... literally everything and it was a business account. They suddenly decided to limit and freeze my funds. Have you guys experienced something like this ? if so are there any solutions, earlier i could talk to a representative on live chat, now niggas have disabled that too and made it email only !!
