so this is what i use for getting almost any game for free.
starting off with PC games:
first link that everyone knows about:

last one (i go there like 2 times a year):
dodi-repacks.site
now on to Switch games:
emulator: ryujinx.org (i use this one so it's easiest to play mods)
now for ROMs, first link:
ziperto.com (also good for ROMs of most nintendo consoles) (use good adblocker like uBlock to not drown in ads)
second link:
nsw2u.com
and for DS i use:
emulator: desmume.org
ROMs: ziperto (mentionned above)
if this is not enough for you i have a few places to get piracy ressources like:
