The method is pretty simple.
1) Wait till your items arrive; it does not matter if it is a parcel, pickup or normal delivery.
2) Go to your Temu profile, find your order and put that the box is empty.
3) Then type that you received an empty box, say that the box was not tampered with, and say that the warehouse worker probably made a mistake.
4) You can use chat too; both works.
5) Wait 5 minutes or up to 1 day, and boom, you will get a refund email; there is nothing else you need to do
