Hello guys i have trouble with food i explain:
when i'm really stressed i'm gonna start to eat everything around me (nothin healthy) this attitude ruine my life i found one thing that work for losing weight and not being hungry: Majijuana but i decided after one month to stop it it will be worse for other part of my health
do you have experienced this ? do you have some tips to avoid these "pulsions" ?
