Feeling really down

My grandmother is sick, I feel really negative my life also im feeling bad about my addiction such as jerkin off, also smoking cigrs also im treatin my mother bad, i woke up really angry my family is really trying my dad is pretty old man he earns a littel bit money from wakin up early and get back to home he dont have a car so he is soo tired he dont give me money for clothes i bought everything myself btw im young(not that young but close to 20) my mother she stressed about her mother but we had a fight today.. tbh i want to kiss her and say im sorry
