Hi guys,
Bit of a random one.. I run my own none profit mental health charity in the uk, I won't name it for obvious reasons including the nature of these forums however.. if you need a chat regardless who you are etc.
I'm not a professional just a normal down to earth guy that's here for a chat if anyone needs it. I've been in a really dark place myself and managed to get past it so I know how it feels.
I've lost 4 friends to suicide in the past 3 years so this is something really close to home for me.
Sorry if this ins't allowed but literally you have no idea how many people are suffering in silence.. I have multiple people a day reach out to me who've never spoken to someone before and they say it's changed their life just speaking about it and letting it out.
