It's gonna be a smoothie on strict diet: Greek yogurt + oats + berries + (protien powder optional , but must use iso)
maintaining/losing weight : Greek yogurt + oats + banana/guava/berries + (protien powder optional )
gaining weight: Greek yogurt + oats + banana/guava + table spoon of peanut butter (natural not jiff shit) + (protien powder optional )
Also you can add nuts but you need to add it to your daily calorie equation...
don't use milk in breakfast , just water or oat milk with the yogurt
don't use sugary fruits if you are in a strict diet , they r the same as normal sugar , just extra calories for little sweetness :/
