New Systems!
Enjoy new additions to Fallout: New Vegas such as a Companion Wheel that streamlines
directing your companions, a Reputation System that tracks the consequences of your actions, and
the aptly titled Hardcore Mode to separate the meek from the mighty. Special melee combat moves
have been added to bring new meaning to the phrase “up close and personalâ€. Use V.A.T.S. to pause
time in combat, target specific enemy body parts and queue up attacks, or get right to the action
using the finely-tuned real-time combat mechanics.

With double the amount of weapons found in Fallout 3, you’ll have more than enough new and exciting
ways to deal with the threats of the wasteland and the locals. In addition, Vault-Tec engineers have
devised a new weapons configuration system that lets you tinker with your toys and see the modifications
you make in real time.

INFO & INSTRUCTIONS :
Create your own FalloutNV.ini/FalloutNVPrefs.ini by launching FalloutNVLauncher from Game dir...
(if for any reason you can't get ini to be created : install this regfix and it will work : https://www.darckrepacks.com/applic...ns/core/interface/file/attachment.php?id=5201
You can use my INI files only if you edit them and change video card "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780" to your GPU
If you have a more powerful GPU/PC then create your own and set it straight to ultra and then tweak it if needed
To be able to use my ini files you need to :
-launch FalloutNVLauncher.exe
-create your INI files
-edit FalloutNV.ini from \My Documents\My Games\Fallout New Vegas - Special Edition
-find your GPU name & copy it
-Edit both FalloutNV.ini &FalloutNVPrefs.ini from : Game Root Dir\REDIST\My Games\Fallout New Vegas - Special Edition
-find "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780" and paste your GPU name instead
-Save both ini and copy them to \My Documents\My Games\Fallout New Vegas - Special Edition . Overwrite ini files you created with launcher.... you're done!
-start Nexus Mod Manager (let it find your game installation directory) and import load order provided in the
REDIST directory

THESE INI FILES ARE FULLY OPTIMIZED FOR GTX 780 3 GB VRAM ... SETTINGS FROM LAUNCHER ARE ALL FULL ON AND ABOVE

LOTS OF HD TEXTURES ADDED: 2 GB VRAM IS THE MINIMUM REQUIRED TO PLAY THIS REPACK
THESE INI FILES ARE THE RESULT OF HOURS OF TESTING/DEBBUGGING ALLOWING FOR A SMOOTH GAMEPLAY
...pretty stable around 60 FPS @ 1920*1200 with a few FPS drops, down to 45 and almost no stutturing when this happens
....it is fully playable and enjoyable ! ...NO CTD , NO BUGS, NO GLITHCHES, VERY VERY FEW STUTTERING
