In order to pull off this trick you need to have a business or creator account, this glitch will allow you to see how many impressions you're receiving from each hashtag and therefore going all out on the best ones.
Choose your best performing post and press the "promote" button, once you've finished setting up the promotion (it's not important how you set it up) send it for a review.
Now you have to be fast, leave the promotion page and look at your post insights, it will only work one time and you'll be able to see insights that Instagram normally won't show you, take a screenshot of the data and delete the promotion before being charged.
