explain how you phish accounts pls

im a software engineer and i wanna contribute in the community giving league accounts but i cant tell how you do this. Do you fish using a fake website? did you create a python program that tries every combination possible and check if its in riot database? there is an existing program already? this isnt probably something anyone wanna talk about but idk private message me or sum i wanna give to the community
