Error with [BETA] League of Legends Account

Hello everyone, i recently tried to use League of Legends Account but i get an error followed by the program crashing whenever i try to scrape proxies or start a search for accounts. This could be because i have a 32 bit computer and it is a 64 bit program but i thought that the program wouldn't run at all if that was the case. It wasn't working a couple of days ago and i had to rebuild because of another reason and it doesn't work after i rebuilt. I have re-downloaded it as well and that didn't fix. Any help would be appreciated, if there is another program like it that i could try linking me to it would be great. Sorry if i posted in wrong section of the forum.
