Sup guys, im showing you how to cook some nice Spaghetti Carbonara.
At first you need:
250 g Spaghetti,
1 Onions
1 TL Olive oil
70 g ham cubes,
Salt and pepper 1 Ei(er)
60 ml Milk,
2 EL Creamcheese
2 EL Parmesan, fresh made
How to cook them:
Cook the spaghetti according to package directions.
Cut the onion into fine cubes. Heat the oil in a coated pan and fry the onion and ham cubes in it. Add the drained spaghetti. salt and pepper.
Mix the egg with milk, cream cheese and Parmesan and pour over the pasta. Mix everything together and heat up briefly.
