How to refund flixbus ticket... EASY!
1. After you arrived to your destination go to the flixbus page. 2. Go to SERVICE then HELP
3. Click on the arrival / departure
4.Click on My bus didn't arrive, how do I know where it's trapped?
5.Then click on contact.
6.Topic What can we help you with? choose: money back then fill in the rest.
7. 1st method Topic Your question: Tell them that the bus did not arrive on time and had to arrive at another location where a transfer or another bus was waiting for you, and thus you had to pay unnecessarily from your own for petrol and whether it is possible to return the money to the bank account.
1st metod the first method is based on 70-100%.
8. 2nd method if the bus arrives and you get on it only after scanning the QR code, cancel the reservation immediately and book on the same bus or on the bus that should arrive a few minutes later, then write that you got on another bus but goes to the same location but for cheaper price so you would like a refund.
2nd method works50-50%.
9. After each message from flixbus, you should be asked if you want to return the money to your account or referral code.
