Step 1: Get a level 30 with 0 champions owned.
Step 2: Purchase Annie or VayneNOT BOTH
Step 3: Head on over to your "Loot" tab
Step 4: Open the free chest that is given to you.
Step 5: Hope the RNG gods are on your side.
This is the easiest way because the first chest opened the premium one they give you will ONLY give you a skin for a champion you own!

This is a great thing to do when selling botted accounts. Could increase value drastically!
