1. Find a product that is expensive in your country and cheaper in another. (I was in South Korea and the target country was US. Product was a VR Headset and e-Reader)
2. Sign up for the local marketplace for that region. (Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, eBay etc.)
3. Find a good deal on that item by searching for common misspellings or using generic terms as opposed to be speicific. (Ex : If you want Sennheiser HD560S, try "HD 560s" "senheiser headphones" "sennhieser" "hd560s" and such)
4. Collect a few ads and bargain for the best deal. (I usually aim for a 40-60% discount but this could be higher depending on product demand and popularity)
5. Use a parcel forwarding service. (OhMyZip in my case)
6. Import it and resell in your domestic market.
In my case, anything under $200 can be imported duty free from US. But there's a catch. Since second hand products are arbitrary in price, you can easily bypass this by paying twice (if they require proof of purchase) but usually
they aren't too fussy about second hand goods. The limit is mostly to prevent exploitation by large scale bussiness deployment centred around this strategy.
I earned about $110 from the VR headset and ended up keeping the e-Reader (pretty useful product btw).
It is usually termed as flipping but you'll mostly find people visiting thrift shops and hoping to crack a deal.
This method is comparatively much more predictable and while the initial setup can take some time, once done, you can earn a good deal of money just by reselling a couple of products a month.
Highly recommend this
